According to Mecca 911 officials the Pennsylvania State Police chased one vehicle into Monongalia County around 7:45 p.m.

The West Virginia State Police said the Pennsylvania State Police pulled over Theotis Kindell III of Orlando, Florida on Interstate 70 in Washington County Wednesday evening.

Kindell was pulled over for a routine traffic stop, but while the trooper was approaching his car he fled the scene.

Kindell made his way south on I-79 into Monongalia County, which is when Pennsylvania State Police contacted the West Virginia State Police for assistance.

The Pennsylvania State Police stopped Kindell near mile marker 146 on I-79 by using a maneuver that got Kindell's car off the road. The maneuver pinned Kindell's car between a wall and a Pennsylvania State Police car.
