The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce expects a record turnout for this year's annual meeting and business summit at the Greenbrier Aug. 28-30.

"Almost 450 people have already registered for this event and we expect that number to be over 600 in the next couple of weeks," Steve Roberts, president of the West Virginia Chamber, said.

John Huntsman Jr., a former U.S. ambassador to China and a former governor of Utah, will give the keynote address. Other speakers at the summit include Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, Reps. Shelley Moore Capito and David B. McKinley, Fox News Digital Politics Editor Chris Stirewalt and Highmark Inc. CEO William Winkenwerder Jr.

Roberts said Chamber members who have not yet registered for the 77th Annual Meeting and Business Summit may do so by visiting www.wvchamber.com or by calling 304-342-1115. Also, rooms at The Greenbrier are going fast, Roberts said.
