The Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab Center has helped a 13-year-old baseball team's dreams come true.

The facility gave the State Champion Harrison County Babe Ruth All Star team a check for $1,000 Friday afternoon.

The donation will be used for the team's road trip costs on its way to Illinois where it will play in the Regional Tournament.

If the team advances then it is off to the 13-year-old World Series.

"The community as a whole has been very great you know with helping raise funds for this trip and we want to thank everybody and appreciate everything, everybody has done so far," said Gabe Lehosit, manager.

The team is still in need of donations for its trip.

You can contact league president John Miller if you are interested in helping out.
