Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
A man flipped his car and then found himself in the back of a Harrison County Sheriff's Deputy car Sunday evening.
The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said a man flipped his vehicle onto its side while traveling on Jarvisville Road.
Emergency crews had to cut his seat belt to free him from the vehicle but he sustained no injuries.
The sheriff's department said he was driving with a revoked license for DUI and that's why they took him into custody.
It said the man claimed he was reaching for a dropped cigarette, before going off the road.
