A house fire re-kindled in Harrison County early Wednesday morning.

Fire crews were called back to a house on 4th Street in Shinnston just before 1 a.m. It was also the scene of a fire Sunday morning.

This time, the fire damaged two nearby homes as well, though no injures were reported.

Shinnston Fire Chief Doug Gregory said he believes the first fire was accidental, but considers the second fire suspicious.

Gregory said he would call in the State Fire Marshal's Office to investigate later Wednesday.
