The Marion County Commission has ordered that the administration of Everett Wilson's estate be transferred from Kristyn Palmer to her brother, Dustin Wilson.

Kristyn and her husband Michael Palmer are accused of fatally shooting Everett Wilson on December 11, 2011.

On January 25, 2012, Kristyn Palmer was appointed administrator of Everett Wilson's will.

The will left his estate to his two children, Kristyn Palmer and Dustin Wilson.

Kristyn Palmer was charged with the murder of her father after being appointed the administrator of the will and has been in North Central Regional Jail without bond ever since.

Commission said due to her continued incarceration, Kristyn Palmer has not been able to administer the estate.

Her brother, Dustin Wilson, alleged that she lost assets of the estate and failed to properly administer it prior to her incarceration.

Commission heard a testimony offered by Kristyn Palmer and Dustin Wilson on July 10, 2013.

Commission agreed with fiduciary supervisor David Glance, that Kristyn Palmer is unable to fulfill her duties because she is in jail.

The appointment of Kristyn Palmer as supervisor has been canceled, and Dustin Wilson has been appointed administrator of Everett Wilson's estate.

Michael and Kristyn Palmer's trials were set to take place in June, but have since been continued to the October term of court.
