CHARLESTON, WV -

The Clay Center has promoted two workers to new positions: Katrina Harmon is the nonprofit's new director of marketing and communications, while Isata Kouroma-Duncan has risen to guest services manager.

A graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in integrated marketing communications, Harmon has been the Clay Center's marketing and communications manager since 2006.

In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing all marketing, public relations, creative services and box office activities.

Kouroma-Duncan, a native of Sierra Leone who grew up in Ethiopia and Kenya, joined the Clay Center team in 2009 and has served as ticketing manager since 2011. A graduate of the University of Charleston, Kouroma-Duncan will now manage the Clay Center's box office and lead its customer service efforts.
