A Marion County woman was arrested on Saturday night for a charge of child neglect with risk of injury.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department was called to a home in Marion County for complaints of unsanitary conditions where children were present.

According to deputies, Amanda Cottrill was at a home that contained black mold with her 7-year-old child.  Upon further investigation, deputies found drug paraphernalia and drug substances including bath salts, marijuana and illegal prescription pills.

Three other people, including Jonathan Cottrill and Ryan Helmick were arrested and charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.  Those individuals may face additional charges as the investigation is ongoing.
