Clarksburg City Council met Thursday night to discuss ‘The Robinson Grand Theater', also known as the ‘Rose Garden Theater', that the city plans to acquire.

Secretary of State Natalie Tennant was at Stonewall Resort Monday.

Tennant and other state leaders met with new Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy to discuss the issues between the EPA and concerns of West Virginians.

Tennant said keeping an open line of communication is important, and something she believes will help future relations with the agency.

"I believe that there can be some positive changes from that. We're not being naïve from the meeting, but we're also looking forward and not backward at blaming. We're looking forward to the future," Tennant said.

Tennant also took time to address other concerns in the state with the county commissioners.
