Harrison County fire departments and authorities responded to the scene of a house fire Friday afternoon.

It happened on Gregory's Run Road, near Wilsonburg, around 12:30 p.m., according to 911 officials.

Fire departments from Reynoldsville, Nutter Fort, Mt. Clare, and Spelter were on scene, as well as the Harrison County Sheriff's Department and EMS.

Officials said no one was home at the time of the fire, but a family cat is missing.

Tankers had to be brought in due to a lack of a water source.

One lane of Gregory's Run Road was shut down.

Authorities are investigating where and how the fire started.
