The Marion County Sheriff's Department arrested two men on Sunday for drug-related charges after deputies found them passed out behind the wheel of a car.

David Starkey and Brian Clarke, both 25, each face one count of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and several misdemeanor drug charges.

The sheriff's department said heroin stamps, a digital scale, and other drug paraphernalia were also found in the car.

Both were taken to the North Central Regional Jail.

Starkey's bail is set at $50,000. Clarke's bail is set at $200,000.
