    Clarksburg City Council approved a second reading of the ordinance to acquire the Rose Garden Theater, Thursday night.
    Clarksburg City Council met Thursday night to discuss ‘The Robinson Grand Theater', also known as the ‘Rose Garden Theater', that the city plans to acquire. 

HealthNet flew one person to the hospital Sunday afternoon after an ATV accident in Preston County.

It happened around 4:45 p.m. on Crane School Road, between Albright and Brandonville Pike, according to 911 officials.

The Terra Alta VFD said one ATV overturned while several people were riding ATVs approximately four miles off the road in the woods. The overturned ATV was driven by a 62-year-old man.

The Albright Fire Department used a new ATV to retrieve the man, who suffered head injuries. He was then transported to an area hospital by HealthNet, according to the Terra Alta VFD.

The Terra Alta VFD, the Albright Fire Department, and Bruceton EMS all responded to the accident.

There's no word on the person's name or condition.
