Four people were arrested on meth charges in Cedar Grove Wednesday, according to troopers with the West Virginia State Police.

Susan Williams, Carry Cremeans, James Young, and Ronald Dodrill were arrested at 107 Williams Street in Cedar Grove about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Troopers found a meth lab in the woods behind the trailer, as well as meth-making materials.

The four suspects are facing meth-related charges. They are being arraigned in Kanawha County Court.

Dodrill tried running out the back door, according to troopers. He was also charged with fleeing on foot.

Troopers from the Quincy detachment made the arrests.

Kanawha County authorities have already made more than 300 meth busts this year, on track to double last year's number of meth busts.

Under WV Code, operating or attempting to operate a meth lab carries a prison sentence of 2-10 years.
