West Virginia State Police in Philippi have arrested two men on meth related charges.
State Police charged Travis Lee Adams, 33, of Philippi and David Scott Croston, 30, of Clarksburg with operating a clandestine drug laboratory. An informant told state police that Adams had made meth in his basement and had stolen guns.
State police issued a search warrant for Adams' residence and found meth ingredients, scales, bags, remnants of a meth cook, along with two stolen guns. Croston told police that he had been at the Adams' residence when the meth was produced.
Croston and Adams were each arraigned with bail set at $50,000.
