The Morgantown Police Department has arrested a fugitive from Pennsylvania on drug and assault charges.
Police arrested Stephan Bray, 29, Monday because the U.S. Marshals Service was looking for him on drug charges.
Police said Bray tried flushing packs of heroin down the toilet while in custody and became combative when they tried to stop him.
They had to tase him twice before they could restrain him.
Bray now faces charges of unlawful assault of a police officer and possession with intent to deliver, police said.
He's in the North Central Region Jail with bail set at $75,000.
