A Harrison County grand jury has indicted a Jarvisville woman in the July death of her grandson.
Tina Owens, 57, was charged with involuntary manslaughter. Owens told law enforcement that she thought she heard an intruder outside and fired a .40 caliber handgun, which hit William Owens, 11, who was lying in his bed inside the home.
Others indicted in the September 2013 term of the grand jury include:
Brandy Hardy, 31 of Clarksburg, faces one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
Michael Q. Woodson, 21 of Anmoore, faces five counts of attempt to distribute or display obscene matter to a minor.
Thomas Everett Fleming, 44 of Naoma, faces two counts of attempt to distribute or display obscene matter to a minor and two counts of attempting to use obscene matter with the intent to seduce a minor.
William Ray Carper, 37 of Henderson, faces two counts of attempting to distribute or display obscene matter to a minor and one count of soliciting a minor via computer.
Shanna Kathleen Bailey, 30 of Bridgeport, faces two counts of third or subsequent offense shoplifting.
Kimberly Ann Jenkins, 43 of Clarksburg, faces one count of third or subsequent offense shoplifting.
Steven Dale Trowbridge, 33 of Clarksburg, faces two counts of fraudulent use of access device.
James Allen Herbig, 42 of Clarksburg, faces one count of breaking and entering and one count of attempt to commit petit larceny.
Krista Marie Fincham, 23 of Clarksburg, faces one count of grand larceny.
