    WVU and the City of Morgantown, paired up to host a discussion April 16 on underage and high risk drinking. The discussion was meant to discuss the problems at hand, and talk about possible solutions.

Nearly 30 people pre registered for the 9/11 Heroes Run in Clarksburg on Saturday.

The 5k benefits the Travis Manion Foundation. The foundation supports veterans and the families of fallen heroes across the country.

First Lt. Travis Manion was killed in Iraq on April 29, 2007. Manion was born on November 19, 1980 in North Carolina. He was born into an active duty Marine family. After graduating high school, Manion was appointed to the United States Naval Academy.

After graduating from the Naval Academy, Manion became a marine. He was deployed to Iraq two times before he was killed in the line of duty. To read more about his story, click here.

After losing her son, Janet Manion started the Travis Manion Foundation to honor other fallen heroes and to help family service members, veterans and active duty troops.

The 9/11 Heroes Run is a national campaign. It's goal is, "To never forget the sacrifices of the heroes of September 11 and in the wars since: Veteran, First Responder, Civilian and Military."

Saturday's runners in Clarksburg started on Main Street and looped around Pike Street. The Clarksburg Police Department assisted in traffic control for the event.
