Taylor County Grand Jury Hands Up 18 Indictments

The September 2013 term of the Taylor County grand jury has handed up 18 indictments Monday.

Alex Sander Orellana Cruz, 33 of Baltimore, Md., was indicted on two counts of kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault in the second degree.

Katie Marie Goff, 29 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of child neglect.

Amy M. Jones, 36 of Parsons, was indicted on two counts of sexual intercourse on incarcerated person.

Christopher Lee Larew, 30 of Tunnelton, was indicted on one count of third offense of driving while license was revoked for DUI.

James Woodrow Leonard, 34 of Bristol, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering and one count of petit larceny.

David J. Smith, 49 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of obtaining money by false pretense.

Eric A. Taylor, 29 of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of stalking-harassment violation of protective order.

Shane Matthew Waters, 30 of Grafton, was indicted on five counts of sexual assault in the third degree.

Pamela Arbogast, 32 of Tunnelton, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.

Michael A. Ketterman, 49 of Tunnelton, was indicted on one count of false evidence of title and registration.

Kerri A. Maravage, 58 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of fraudulently obtaining welfare assistance.

Robert Lee Marks, 58 of Grafton, was indicted on two counts of third offense driving under the influence of alcohol and two counts of first offense driving on revoked license for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kimberly J. Riley, 33 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of embezzlement and one count of fraudulent schemes.

Justin A. Shultz, 49 of Fairfield, Pa., was indicted on one count of failure to register as a sex offender.

Samantha Dawn Stevens, 28 of Grafton, was indicted on one count of fraudulent schemes.

Randy E. Stone, 32 of Tunnelton, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Timothy Swiger, 31, was indicted on one count of grand larceny.

John Edmin White, 38 of Lost Creek, was indicted on one count of burglary.
