The September 2013 term of the Upshur County Grand Jury indicted 34 people Tuesday.
Among those indicted was Margel Franklin Tenney, 57 of Rock Cave. Tenney faces three counts of third degree sexual assault, six counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, and three counts of incest.
Tenney was arrested on March 13 after troopers in Lewis County received a statement from a 14-year-old juvenile victim stating that Tenney cornered her in his bedroom and sexually assaulted her. State Police in Upshur County filed a third charge against Tenney after obtaining a statement from a juvenile victim that on or near November, 2011, Tenney had intercourse with her which resulted in her pregnancy, according to a criminal complaint.
Roldolfo Villagomez Correa, 33 of Buckhannon, was also indicted Tuesday. Correa faces one count of murder and one count of conspiracy. Correa is one of three men charged in the death of Joshua Oberg, 29, of Upshur County, who went missing in January 2012.
