Update

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said U.S. Marshals arrested a man Tuesday in connection to a robbery that occurred September 13 at the High Life Lounge on Emily Drive.

The sheriff's department said Anthony Moats, 39, was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Morgantown shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday.

U.S. Marshals said they arrested Moats at the Walmart, off exit 1 on Interstate 68. They said Moats was armed but that he did not resist arrest. Morgantown police also assisted in the arrest.

Moats is in the North Central Regional Jail and could return to Georgia to face federal charges, including a possible firearms charge. He will appear before federal Magistrate John Kaull on Wednesday on a charge of violating his supervised release, according to U.S. Marshals.
