CHARLESTON, WV -

Andrew R. Herrick has joined the Charleston office of the Bailey & Wyant law firm.

Herrick earned a bachelor's degree in history and music from Washington & Jefferson College. As an undergraduate, he was awarded the HOMES scholarship for outstanding musical student.

 In 2006, he graduated from West Virginia University's Eberly College of Arts and Sciences with a master's degree in U.S. history. He also was a recipient of the Academic Achievement Award for Graduate Studies.

He graduated from the WVU College of Law in May. 

While attending law school, Herrick was an active member of the West Virginia Innocence Project, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Employment and Labor Law Society at WVU.

As an associate at Bailey & Wyant, he will focus his practice on general civil litigation.
