A crash in Upshur County sent a man to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
The Upshur County Sheriff's Department said Joseph Kelley, 21, was driving north on Brushy Fork Road when his vehicle hit an embankment and rolled over three times, pinning Kelley under the vehicle.
He's now in a medically induced coma at Ruby Memorial Hospital, according to the sheriff's department.
Deputies also found meth precursors in the vehicle.
Deputies said charges against Kelley are pending.
