Police now said the students involved in the crash are from Doddridge County.

Students complained of head aches or whiplash like symptoms. However, none of the students appeared to have any other injuries.

No word on the cause of the accident.

South Charleston Police are on scene of a school bus accident.

It happened just before 5 p.m. at 2700 Mountaineer Boulevard.

911 dispatchers confirm that several patients were being checked out at the scene by emergency personnel.

The patients are students. However, they could not confirm what school they are from. The injuries to the students appear to be non-life threatening at this time.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
