Preston County Grand Jury Returns Indictments Against 22 People

The Preston County grand jury has returned indictments on 22 people in the October 2013 term.

Bruce Allen Hayhurst, of Birch River, was indicted on charges of first degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a parent.

Timothy Adam White, of Morgantown, was indicted on charges of kidnapping and grand larceny. White is accused of kidnapping a two-year-old Preston County girl.

Roy Allen Runner, of Tunnelton, was indicted on charges of first degree sexual assault, second degree sexual assault, third degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a prent.

Ernest Bradley Metheny, of Terra Alta, was indicted on charges of burglary and grand larceny.

Levi Jackson Radabaugh, of Kingwood, was indicted on a charge of false pretenses.

Nathaniel Mullenax, of Kingwood, was indicted on a charge of second degree sexual assault.

James David Metz, of Tunnelton, was indicted on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm.

Logan B. Jenkins, of Albright, was indicted on charges of larceny, breaking and entering, and conspiracy.

Jayna L. Babines, of Albright, was indicted on charges of larceny, breaking and entering, and conspiracy.

Joseph Orian Taylor, of Albright, was indicted on charges of larceny, breaking and entering, and conspiracy.

Peggy Louann Forsythe, of Kingwood, was indicted on a charge of DUI with death.

Brandon Matthew King, of Morgantown was indicted on charges of burglary, breaking and entering, and petit larceny.

Kyle Lynn Feather, of Albright, was indicted on charges of burglary and grand larceny.

David Anthony Wilhelm, of Kingwood, was indicted on burglary and petit larceny charges.

Jackie Eugene Snyder, Jr., of Aurora, was indicted as part of a superceding indictment of twelve counts of incest and eight counts of sexual abuse by a parent.

Jackie Lee Logsdon, of Terra Alta, was indicted on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Treva Dee Cline, of Bruceton Mills, was indicted on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Kevin Everett Hoover, of Friendsville, Md., was indicted on a charge of forgery.

Seth Adam Rush, of Bruceton Mills, was indicted on seven charges of computer fraud.

Joseph Edward Cole, of Uniontown, Pa., was indicted on a charge of grand larceny for bringing stolen property into West Virginia.

Willard James Thomas, III, of Tygart Valley Regional Jail, was indicted on an escape charge.

David Allen Ridenour, of Terra Alta, was indicted on two counts of first degree arson.
