The Harrison County Sheriff's Department is investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened just after 7:30 p.m. Thursday on Limestone Road.
A black Ford van driven by Mark Bailey, 44, was traveling west on Limestone Road when a 1984 Ford Econoline van driven by Thomas Shockey, 51, traveled left of center and hit Bailey's vehicle, said Harrison County Chief Deputy Steve Johnson.
Shockey's license had been previously revoked for DUI. Charges against Shockey for this collision are pending, Chief Johnson said.
Bailey had to be extricated from the vehicle, according to the sheriff's department. He was transported to United Hospital Center in Bridgeport with unknown injuries.
The Stonewood Fire Department and Reynoldsville Fire Department also responded to the scene.
