The Mastectomy Boutique in Fairmont held a FIT event Thursday for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The FIT event includes free bra fittings for all women, whether or not they've had a mastectomy.

Women can also sign the National Breast Cancer Survivor Chart and leave words of encouragement for women fighting the disease.

"This is our way of showing the ladies that we care about them. Offering them a little bit of food, offering them some new products and lines that came in. actually its not too early to think about swimsuits for next year because those are going to be coming out in January," said Bev Slagle, a mastectomy specialist.

The Mastectomy Boutique is open every Thursday from 9 until four.
