    Clarksburg City Council approved a second reading of the ordinance to acquire the Rose Garden Theater, Thursday night.
    Clarksburg City Council met Thursday night to discuss ‘The Robinson Grand Theater', also known as the ‘Rose Garden Theater', that the city plans to acquire. 

Three people were arrested for stealing copper in Harrison County.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said Michael Skinner, 22, Newanda Sickles, 22, and Rickie Palmer, 30, were stealing copper from cell phone towers.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department responded to a call and caught the three stealing copper wire from a tower.

It said they had been stealing from many company's towers including Verizon, nTelos, and AT&T.

Skinner, Sickles, and Palmer will each be charged with 21 felony charges including seven counts of conspiracy, seven counts of felony destruction of property, and seven counts of breaking and entering a building.

The three have not been arraigned yet.
