Morgantown Robbery Suspect Arrested in Washington, D.C.

A man wanted in connection with a Morgantown armed robbery has been apprehended in Washington, D.C.

U.S. Marshals arrested Jody "JoJo" Davon Wright, who is charged with second degree robbery, and is awaiting extradition back to West Virginia, according to the Morgantown Police Department.

Wright was wanted for his involvement in the armed robbery of the Express-Mart located at 502 Stewart Street in Morgantown, according to police.

The Morgantown Police Department is currently seeking the whereabouts of Jody Davon Wright, who is wanted on a robbery charge.

Police said warrants have been issued for Wright for second degree robbery.

Wright is approximately five feet nine inches tall and weighs 150 lbs. Police said his last known address was on East Prospect Street in Morgantown.
