The Randolph County Circuit Court conducted bond returns on Wednesday, Nov. 6 to set trial dates from grand jury indictments presented in October.

The trial for Cole Edmond, 19, will be held Feb. 18 and 19, 2014. The grand jury indicted Edmond for DUI causing death and other charges.

The Randolph County Sheriff's Department said Edmond was driving South on Route 219 near Mill Creek back in June when he drove off the road, over-corrected and hit a pickup truck head-on.

Edmond's passenger, Timothy Hornick, 15, was ejected from the truck and later died.

Edmond is still out on a $50,000 bond, and still has to meet the conditions of his home confinement.

The trial for Lance Arbogast will be held also on Feb. 18 to 19, 2014.

Arbogast was indicted on two counts of sexual assault in the third degree, and two counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust to a child.

Arbogast is out on bond.
