Harrison County Grand Jury Indicts 11 on Bath Salts Charges

The September 2013 term of the Harrison County grand jury has handed up indictments against 11 people, according to the Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney's office.  The following cases are all related to bath salts charges, according Prosecutor Joe Shaffer.  Arraignments will be held on Friday, Nov. 15 with Judge John Lewis Marks, Jr.

Andrew Bates, 47 of Lumberport, faces two counts of possession with intent to deliver.

Dorman Bonnell Jr., 49 of Wallace, faces three counts of transportation of a controlled substance into the state and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica Earnest, 30 of Mount Clare, faces one count of delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Tricia Moore, 27 of Clarksburg, faces one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Brian Hoke, 37 of Clarksburg, faces one count of delivery of a controlled substance; one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; and one count of conspiracy to transport of a controlled substance into the state.

Ryan Smith, 36 of Mount Clare, faces one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; one count of transportation of a controlled substance into the state; one count of conspiracy to transport a controlled substance into the state; and one count of person prohibited from possessing a firearm.

Michael Dennison, 32 of Clarksburg, faces one count of transportation of a controlled substance into the state and one count of conspiracy to transport a controlled substance into the state.

Larry Gregory, II, 36 of Wallace, faces one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; one count of person prohibited from possessing a firearm; one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; five counts of transportation of a controlled substance into the state; and one count of driving revoked for DUI third offense.

John Edward Ramsey Jr., 29 of Clarksburg, faces one count of grand larceny.

Clifford Martin, 42 of Shinnston, faces one count of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Jamie Hyre, 30 of Shinnston, faces one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
