A Fairmont man accused of six counts of distributing and displaying obscene matter to a minor and three counts of soliciting a minor waived his preliminary hearing before Marion County Magistrate Cathy Reed-Vanata Tuesday.

Robert Lucas Lough, 19, is accused of exchanging pictures on a data messaging system known as KIK with juvenile girls. Fairmont Police obtained a search warrant for Lough's phone and found that three girls, claiming to be between 14 and 15 years old, sent Lough several sexually explicit photographs to Lough over the course of a couple of months, according to a criminal complaint.

One girl told Lough she was 14 and from Michigan, another said she was 15 and lived in Bellview, Marion County. The criminal complaint alleged that Lough had extensive conversations with the girls and sent them sexually explicit pictures of himself.

Lough is being held in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $100,000.
