Federal Grand Jury Indicts 4 on Heroin Charges

An investigation by the Greater Harrison County Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force has led to the federal indictment of four people for heroin trafficking.

Trayvon Terell Snoe, 22 of Pittsburgh, Megan Lee Graeber, 28 of Bridgeport, Crystal Dawn Roth, 31 of Meadowbrook, and Samantha Cottrill, 22 of Hepzibah, were charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin as part of a five-count indictment. Snoe and Graeber face five counts each and Roth faces three counts and Cottrill face two counts each, according to U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld's office.

The U.S. Attorney's office is seeking to forfeit $2,104 that was seized on October 29, 2013. The money is alleged to be from the heroin activity, said the news release.

This case was investigated by the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force. The task force consists of officers from the Bridgeport Police Department; Clarksburg Police Department; Drug Enforcement Administration; West Virginia State Police-Bureau of Criminal Investigations, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the United States Postal Inspection Service; and, the United States Marshals Service.
