ELKINS -

Judge Jamie Wilfong has a rescheduled a competency re-evaluation hearing for Theodore Newlon.

Newlon is charged with murder and wanton endangerment in the fatal shooting of his wife, Dora Lee Newlon, 69, last year.

Newlon's attorney said Newlon hasn't been cooperating with personnel at Sharpe Hospital in Weston. The attorney also said hospital officials haven't cooperated with him in preparing Newlon's defense.

The hearing is now set for March 7, 2014.

In December 2012, Wilfong found Newlon not competent to stand trial.

Wilfong later ruled there was a "substantial likelihood" that Newlon could regain competency.
