    The Highmark Foundation recently awarded $74,000 in the form of 16 grants to schools in West Virginia through its “Creating a Healthy School Environment” program that aim at helping schools create innovative, healthy programs during the academic year.

    Energy Corporation of America, or ECA, Senior Vice President and General Counsel Don Supcoe started working for the company in 1981. ECA was founded in 1963 in Glenville, where it has since grown into a company that stretches throughout the country.

MVB Financial Corp. changed titles and duties of some executives effective Jan. 1.

Larry F. Mazza, 53, who was previously CEO of MVB Financial Corp. and CEO and president of MVB Bank was appointed CEO and president of MVB and CEO of MVB Bank.

As president of MVB Bank, Mazza succeeds Roger J. Turner, who departed his executive officer role at MVB on Jan. 1. Turner will remain as a director of MVB and as an employee with MVB's subsidiary, MVB Bank, as executive vice president and chief lending officer.

Donald T. Robinson, 38, who was previously executive vice president and chief operating officer of MVB Financial and MVB Bank, retains the title of MVB Financial executive vice president and chief operating officer of MVB and was promoted to president of MVB Bank.

Patrick R. Esposito II, 39, who was vice president of corporate development, chief risk officer and general counsel of MVB and vice president of corporate development, project management, vendor management, chief risk officer and general counsel of MVB Bank, was appointed senior vice president, chief legal and risk officer of MVB and senior vice president, chief legal and risk officer of MVB Bank.
