Put on your thinking cap and use mathematics, logic, patterns and creative thinking to solve mind-boggling puzzles in "Brain Teasers 2," a new hands-on exhibit opening Jan. 25 at the Clay Center.

Test your problem-solving skills as you examine challenges from different perspectives, look for patterns and think ahead to unlock the secrets of seemingly impossible tasks. Featuring a collection of 20 interactive puzzles and optical illusions, this popular exhibit from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry will provide creative, innovative fun for participants of all ages.

Pay what you wish to see this and other Clay Center exhibits through Feb. 14. Because of the recent water crisis and ongoing museum renovations, the Center has suspended its regular museum gallery admission prices as a gift to patrons.

The limited-time exhibit will be on display in the Mylan Explore-atory through May 5.

Clay Center members and donors with museum benefits can explore the exhibit early during a special member preview Jan. 22 through Jan. 24 during regular museum hours.

Museum hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. Regular museum gallery admission is $6 for children and $7.50 for adults, and always free for members. Films and planetarium shows are additional.
