On Jan.31, Live Well Charlie West will conclude with the 2014 Corporate Cooking Challenge.

It will take place at ReStore Homeowner Education and Community Center from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The month-long-Charleston Area Alliance campaign's final event will consist of employees of 10 businesses against each other in an "Iron Chef" style cooking competition. Each team will use five mystery ingredients to create a healthy and well-balanced dinner in 60 minutes. A panel of four "foodies" will judge each team's entry and prizes will be presented.

Registration to attend the event is $10. Food and beverages will be provided. To register, visit the "Attend an Event" section of the Charleston Area Alliance's web site: www.charlestonareaalliance.org.
