1 Flown to Hospital from Grafton Road Crash

West Virginia State Police in Morgantown are investigating a two vehicle crash that happened on Grafton Road Thursday afternoon.

West Virginia State Police said a red Pontiac traveling north on Rt. 119 toward Morgantown crossed the center line and entered into the path of a tri-axle tractor trailer driven owned by Radabaugh Trucking.

The driver of the tri-axle told state police that he tried to swerve but was unable to miss the Pontiac. The driver of the Pontiac was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital. The driver of the tri-axle didn't suffer from any injuries. Grafton Road was closed while crews cleared the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
