Two Martinsburg residents were taken into custody Friday, Jan. 31, after being indicted by a federal grand jury on drug charges, U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II said.

  • Timico Constine Johnson, 43, and Misty Ann Tarman, 41, were named in an eight-count indictment charging them with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. Johnson also faces seven additional counts of distribution of crack and Tarman, five. They both face up to 20 years in prison on each count, Ihlenfeld said.

  • Daniel William Jamison, also of Martinsburg, was taken into custody after being named in a one-count indictment charging him with having ammunition in his possession. The indictment alleges that Jamison, who had been convicted in Virginia in 2006 of failure to perform construction and construction fraud, was caught in December with five rounds of cascade cartridge, inc. .22 caliber Winchester magnum rimfire ammunition in his possession. Jamison faces up to 10 years in prison and forfeiture of the ammunition.
