A man accused of involvement in the disappearance of two Lewis County women was in court Tuesday.
David Hughes entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors in Weston this afternoon.
Hughes has agreed to plead guilty in the deaths of Maxine Stalnaker and Mary Friend, who disappeared in 1999.
Hughes will plead guilty to one charge of conspiracy to commit robbery.
In exchange, he will help prosecutors in their case against Joseph Metz, who stands accused of murdering the two women.
Judge Kurt Hall found a factual basis for the plea, but has not yet decided to accept the agreement.
