10 People Sentenced in Federal Court on Methamphetamine Charges

Chief John Preston Bailey has sentenced 10 people on methamphetamine related charges.

Kevin Lee Gregory, 43, from Cleveland, W.Va. was sentenced to 157 months in prison with three years of supervised release for the possession of materials used to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of a firearm.  The court also ordered a forfeiture of $1,440, three cell phones, and a Mossberg 12 shotgun.

Elkins residents, Michael Wayne Johnson, 32, was sentenced to 120 months in prison with three years of supervised release.  Nicole Rosella Spor, 37, was sentenced to 78 months in prison with three years of supervised release.  Eileen Michael DeShayes, 28, was sentenced to 41 months in prison with three years of supervised release.  They were all guilty of possession of pseudophedrine to be used for the manufacture of methamphetamine. 

Eric Scott Pennington, 30, of Parsons, was sentenced to 97 months in prison with 3 years of supervised release; Michael Luther White, 22, from Thomas was sentenced to 30 months in prison with three years of supervised release; Misty Autumn Grafton, 26 from Hambleton, was sentenced to five years probation for possession of materials to be used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Ronnie Gerald Belt, 52 of Camden on Gauley, was sentenced to 90 months in prison and three years of supervised release for possession of materials used to make meth.

Matthew Paul Sellers, 25, from Annapolis, Maryland, was sentenced to 41 months in prison and three years of supervised release for possession of materials used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Donna Sturm, 32, of Belington, was sentenced to 24 months in prison and three years of supervised release for distributing marijuana and felon in possession of firearms.  Sturm is free on bond.

Kenneth Ray Anderson, 40, of Cleveland, was sentenced to 33 months in prison and three years of supervised release for possessing a firearm with a shortened barrel.

Benjamin McWilliams, 39 from Beverly, was sentenced to 18 months of prison with three years of supervised release for embezzlement.

Barbara Ann Spiva, 47, of Elkins, pleaded guilty for maintaining a drug-involved premise. She is facing up to 20 years in prison.
