Preston County Grand Jury Hands Up Over 20 Indictments for March 2014 Term

The March 2014 term of Preston County Grand Jury handed up more than 20 indictments this term.

Among them are Stephanie Gentry-Russell, 32, and Michael Glenn, 30.  They both face charges of attempted murder, malicious assault, and conspiracy.

Preston County Deputies Gentry-Russell and Glenn shot a an in the abdomen outside of his home in Bruceton Mills.  The man made a full recovery.

Also indicted was Kenneth Forsythe for the concealment of a child, sexual abuse, and other charges.  Police said Forsythe made contact with a teenage girl online, picked her up, and drove her to Alabama.  Forsythe was apprehended by Alabama State Police and extradited back to West Virginia.

Forsythe remains in Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

Rosanna Marie Ringer,  31 is being charged with child neglect with serious bodily injury and child neglect with bodily injury.  One of the victims was a 2-year-old child and an 8-year-old child.

Joshua Allen Sapp, 29, from Tunnelton is being charged with burglary, grand larceny, and conspiracy.  Sapp's Co-conspirator, Mark Allen Hart, 29, from Morgantown is also being charged with burglary, grand larceny, and conspiracy.

Shelley Shawn Wolfe from Kingwood is being charged for delivery of a controlled substance to a minor and possession with intent to sell hydrocodone.

John Allen Parks, 25, from Arthurdale is being charges with possession and intent to distribute hydrocodone and cocaine.

Margaret P. Rugg, 51, from Reedsville is being charged with operation of a clandestine methamphetamine lab and conspiracy.

Jamie Lee Ditmore, 35, from Morgantown is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, on three counts.

Jeffrey Andrew Cricks, 26, of Newburg is charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine.

Kristy McGraw, 40, of Reedsville is charged with operating a drug lab, delivery of methamphetamine, and conspiracy.

Teresa Miller, 41, from Morgantown is being charged with three counts for delivery of a controlled substance.

Ka'lee Marie Cartwright, 28, from Terra Alta, is being charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Scott Elliot Bryde, 36, of Terra Alta is being charged with delivery of cocaine.

Justin Tyler Wilhelm, 25, from Terra Alta, is being charged on two count for the manufacturing and distribution of marijuana.

Jeremy Clinton Watson, 18, from Aurora is charged for operating a drub, possession of materials used to manufacture methamphetamine, and exposing children to a meth lab.  Angela Lou, 54, of Aurora is also charged for exposing children to a meth lab.

Robert Lee Ridenour, 30, from Rowlesburg is charged with two counts of sexual abuse in the second degree and sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.

Laverna K. Thomas, 47, from Morgantown, is being charged with a third offense DUI, and a lane violation.

Stephanie Diane Turner, 37, from Kingwood is being charged for a third offense shoplifting.  Turner shoplifted at the Kingwood Walmart and the Reedsville Family Dollar.

Rayanna Vivian Williams, 23, from Masontown is charged with child neglect with risk of death, and child neglect resulting in injury to a 9-month-old.

Ronald Allen Blaney, 42 of Rowlesberg is charged for the manufacture of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Larry Lambert Jr., 37, of Newburg, is charged on five counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.

Daniel Adam Jones, 26, from Albright, is charged with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Joshua Casteel, 19, of Terra Alta, is being charged with third degree arson and conspiracy.

Nolan Ryan Rankin from Tunnelton is charged with three counts of burglary and grand larceny.
