    The militant group ISIS has beheaded four Western hostages, two from the United States and two from Britain. Monday night, WVU's Muslim Association held a vigil for one of the murdered American journalist.

Several fire crews responded to two different brush fires Friday morning.

Ritchie County 911 and Wetzel County 911 said fire crews did responded to active brush fires.

Ritchie County 911 said Harrisville Brush 5, UTV 8, Tanker 2, Engine 4, Cairo Brush 24 responding to a reported brush fire in Harrisville.

Marion County 911 said they also dispatched fire crews to help on the scene.

The incident was located on Branch Rd off Oil Ridge.

The cause of that fire is unknown at this time.

Harrisville Fire Department is investigating.

Wetzel County 911 said Waitsfield-Fayston Volunteer Fire Department and several other crews responded to the brush fire in Wetzel County.

Mecca 911 said they also dispatched crews to the scene.

Wetzel County 911 said one fire crew remains on scene of the fire, but it is under control. 

Wetzel County 911 said the fire was due to a fallen power-line and no investigation will be conducted.

No one was hurt in either incident.
