A Randolph County man is facing several charges including driving under the influence while having two kids in his car.
West Virginia State Police charged Jeremy Huffman, 33, with DUI with child endangerment.
Huffman was initially stopped, after state police saw his vehicle without headlights on after sunset.
State Police later found Huffman's license had been revoked and there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from his vehicle. There were also 2 children, both two years old, inside the car.
Huffman is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
