West Virginia State Police arrested Timothy Mitchell, 27, Monday afternoon at the Morgantown Motel without incident. Michelle Barto, 22, Mitchell's girlfriend, was also arrested at the motel.

Barto and Mitchell are charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony in relation to an armed robbery of a Hot Spot in Westover in February.
