West Virginia State Police Arrest 2 in Hot Spot Breaking and Entering

West Virginia State Police have arrested a pair in connection to a March 24 breaking an entering at a gaming parlor on Point Marion Road

Dylan Shane Kittle, 21, of Morgantown, is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Kittle conspired with his girlfriend, Keyaire Shine, an employee at the High Rollers Club Hot Spot, to steal money from the club's safe, according to a criminal complaint filed by Cpl. J.G. Baker. Shine closed the store that morning, returned to the club, and entered through the back door with her key, before removing $3,527 from the safe, said the criminal complaint. State police said Shine admitted to stealing the money to pay drug dealers.

West Virginia State Police said Shine and Kittle conspired to commit a felony.
