The accident happened on the 600 block of East Park Avenue just before 3:00 on Friday afternoon.

Fairmont Police said Michael Yanego of Fairmont was driving east on East Park Avenue in a Buick LaSabre.

Robin Brooks, of Four States, was parked in the 600 block of East Park Avenue with the left side of her 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander to the curb.

When Brooks pulled out of the parking spot, the vehicle was directly into the path of Yanego's Buick. A head-on type collision ensued.
