CHARLESTON, WV -

West Virginia's Symphony Orchestra will present The Music of Harry Potter at 11 a.m. April 12 in the Maier Foundation Performance Hall at the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences of West Virginia.

Pre-concert activities for children will take place in the Grand Lobby of the Clay Center starting at 10:00 a.m. Gorby's Music will present the kid-favorite instrument petting zoo.

Grant Cooper, WVSO artistic director and conductor, will conduct this City National Bank Family Discovery Series Concert.

The WVSO and Clay Center are offering a special "Wizard's Pass" that includes admission to the concert and discounted museum admission for the Clay Center's annual Eggstravaganza event. To purchase, patrons should visit or call the Clay Center box office at 304-561-3570. The cost of is $9.50 for children (13 and under) and $16 for adults. Eggstravaganza begins at noon in the Avampato Discovery Museum.

Tickets for the concert alone are $10 for adults and $5 for children and are available through the Clay Center Box Office.  Tickets may be ordered online at www.wvsymphony.org.
