West Virginia State Police have arrested a Huttonsville man on third degree sexual assault charges.
Daniel Lee Davis, 21, is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl on four occasions in Randolph County, according to a criminal complaint filed by Cpl. K.A. Corley.
The 14-year-old girl told state troopers that she and Davis would drive around for awhile and then have sex. On April 7, 2014, Davis told troopers that he knew the girl was 14-years-old. The incidents are alleged to have happened in February 2014.
Davis is being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $50,000 bail.
