West Virginia State Police in Webster County have arrested a Princeton man on first degree sexual abuse charges.

Gregg Darr Frazer, 25, is accused of performing sexual acts on a female relative, who was between 8 and 10 years old at the time of the incidents.

The girl told authorities that Frazer touched her, put his mouth on her, and had sex with her. She also said that Frazer made her touch him and perform a sexual act on him once a week for about two years, according to a criminal complaint filed by Trooper Steven Blake.

Frazer admitted to West Virginia State Police that he was between 18 and 20 years old when the acts occurred and that they could have occurred approximately 100 times, although he couldn't place an exact number on the occasions, according to a criminal complaint. Frazer said the acts happened in Webster County.

Frazer is being held in Central Regional Jail on $600,000 bail.
