On Saturday, April 19, the Buckhannon Detachment of the West Virginia State Police received information about a possible location of an escaped prisoner from Huntington Work Release Center.

Troopers arrived at a residence on 253 Wilson Hollow Road.  Trooper D.J. Lowry discovered the escapee, Sandra William, 34, from Huntington.

Trooper Lowry found evidence that Williams and Terry L. Duke, 27, from Buckhannon were attempting to operate a clandestine methamphetamine lab.

Both Duke and Williams have been charged for conspiracy and for a meth lab. Williams was returned back to the Department of Corrections and Duke was transported to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
